Bacs produces various reports when you process Direct Debits.
It’s important to review and act upon these to decrease the chances of failed payments or incorrect collections, which both cause issues for you and your customers.
How to access your Direct Debit reports from Bacs
- You can access your Direct Debit reports via the Payment Services website
here. To log in, you will need your contact ID and password, or your Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). You will also need your smart card and PIN. If you have multiple SUNs, you will be able to choose which number you want to access reports for. From here, you will be able to download all reports or select the reports you want to access.
- If you’re a ClearDebit Bureau customer, you’re reports will be updated for you and made available daily in our portal, which will then generate the relevant notifications/letters that need to be sent to the payer.
- You can automatically download reports into the Service User’s software. This is how our software customers will view their reports.
